   All expedition bookings are subject to confirmation and availability. A deposit is typically required to secure participation, with final payment due prior to departure according to the terms specified in your booking documents.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
   Cancellation policies vary depending on the expedition and will be clearly stated in the booking documentation. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to these terms.

4. Liability
   Participation in expeditions involves travel to remote or natural environments. While every effort is made to ensure safety and comfort, Shambhala Expeditions cannot be held responsible for injury, loss, delay, or damage resulting from factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, transportation, political events, or local conditions.

5. Modifications to Service
   We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services or website at any time without notice.

6. Governing Law
   These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
